How can I find out what is included in the purchase?
If different parts of the listing conflict, request a clear written answer. Treat the seller's confirmed inclusion list as the basis for your expectation rather than illustrative context.
What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?
Do not carry out an unverified instruction that conflicts with the documented product requirements. Distinguish an acknowledgment of your acceptance from confirmation that the action is finished.
What should I check when one order contains several different products?
Confirm the selected option for every product in the order. Do not assume that receipt of one part means the entire order is complete.
